What for is Declaration of Comformity good for? Manufacturer says with this information that product made by him meets certain set of rules and standards which should be met for product in that category and that you can use it as original operating manual says.
In our case is Declaration of Comformity premade document where you simply need to fill all necessary lines which you find in your invoice.
Data which you need to fill in your Declaration of Comformity:
Name: Is a main name of a product based on original operating manual or name of a product in invoice. It usually start with words "Insert for" or "Accesory for".
Manufacture Number: Is a unique number, which has every of your ordered product. This number is on every manufacture sheet of a product. It usually consist of a number of your order,dash and product number which can be found under the name of product in the invoice. If your ordered the same product more than once in same order, product like that will have one more dash after the product number and number 1,2,3 based on number of ordered products.
F.e.: Order with number 20210001 and product in version would be marked as 952BOB, manufacture number would be 20210001-952BOB.
If you would order that particular product more than once in one order, its manufacture numbers would be: 20210001-952BOB-1, 20210001-952BOB-2, 20210001-952BOB-3, etc.
Date: Fill in date of when your order was created.
